Ticket information

• Early bird ticket: €110 (no longer available)
• Regular ticket: €140
• Medical student ticket: €55*
• Accompanying parent ticket: €55**
• Saturday evening Dinner Party: €58***

Registration starts on May 1, 2025, and ends on October 31, 2025. Please register as soon as possible, as the total number of participants is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If you book an early bird ticket between May 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025, you can save €30 compared to the standard price.

The forum ticket includes access to the scientific programme on both days, all the digital materials, coffee breaks throughout the conference, a light lunch on Friday, a buffet-style lunch on Saturday, and access to the social event with dinner on Friday evening.

* We offer a limited number of discounted tickets for undergraduate medical students. You need to bring your undergraduate student ID to the venue, and please ensure it is still valid as of 30.01.2026.

** We also offer a limited number of tickets for accompanying parents, which include access to the venue, meal breaks, and access to the Friday evening social event, but do not include access to the scientific programme.

Terms of cancellation

• Cancellation until September 30, 2025: full refund
• Cancellation later than October 1, 2025: no refund

If you cannot attend the Forum yourself, you can change the name of your registration free of charge until November 30, 2025.
