Abstract Submission

Are you interested in presenting or collaborating on a workshop? You’re welcome to join our discussion! We suggest starting by engaging with our WhatsApp group chat, which is dedicated to brainstorming and refining ideas for workshops and abstracts (This group chat is exclusively for discussing workshops/abstracts!). You can also submit an idea independently. The next thing to do is submit your abstract on the Oxford Abstracts Platform.

The submission deadline is July 31, 2025. Our Scientific Committee will review all submissions and decide on acceptances by September 2025.

We want to emphasise that registration for the forum is not connected to submission! Therefore, please remember to register for the forum as well.

Possible abstracts can be applied for three different slots. We do provide slots for workshops for group work (small to large, 5-50 people), depending on the idea, as well as lectures for an even bigger audience of up to 200 people and oral presentations, which will then be formed together in symposiums of similar topics. Content of Abstracts

  • Language: Abstracts must be in English
  • Title: Make the title of the abstract brief clearly indicating the nature of the abstract proposal/research area. Use a capital letter for the first letter in the title only (DO NOT capitalise each word). The maximum length of the title is 20 words.
  • Names of the author(s): Submit a full given name(s) and a full family name. Do not include degrees or professional titles.
  • The length of the body of the abstract: not more than 250 words.
  • Keywords: 2-5 keywords
  • Tables and pictures cannot be included in abstracts.
  • incl. Conflicts of Interest

Criteria for good grading of an abstract

  1. Scientific Quality
  2. Novelty
  3. Relevance to Family Medicine
  4. Authors from more than one country
